relvo · the customer brain company

The Manifesto

The customer is everywhere inside a company.
And somehow, nowhere.

Sales knows what prospects say.

Support knows why they complain.

Analytics knows what they click.

Research knows what they said six months ago.

Everyone has a piece. Nobody has the whole picture.

So every few months, someone asks the same question.

1Someone asks why customers are leaving.
2A study gets commissioned.
3A deck gets made. Everyone nods.
4Six months later, it gets worse.

And the company starts from zero.

Companies don't have a data problem.

They have
amnesia.

And it's about to get worse.

Companies are handing customer conversations to AI agents: the campaigns, the replies, the support queries. Those agents will know your product perfectly.

They won't know your customer at all.

That's why we built relvo.

A living Customer Brain.

Most AI research tools try to understand customers by listening harder: more interviews, faster transcripts, prettier summaries.

But people are bad at explaining what they’ll do. They’re very good at doing it.

“It’s not the customer’s job to know what they want.”
Steve Jobs

So relvo watches. It learns from what people actually do: what they try, what they keep, what they quietly abandon, and what they replace you with. Across your market, and every signal your company already has.

It interviews customers only when it needs to know why.

Launching something new? Put it on a live or simulated shelf first. relvo tracks what shoppers find, click, compare, drop, buy, review and buy again, so you see real behaviour before you bet on national distribution.

Every answer traces back to real evidence. No synthetic $hite.

It never starts from zero.

Ask it anything.

Pricing
What should we charge, and who walks away at that price?
Marketing
Why is ROAS falling, and which ads bring customers who stay?
Content
What are customers really asking AI, and why does our GEO look like everyone else’s?
Product
Which feature should we build next?
Launch
Will this sell nationally, or just in our deck?

Customer Brain

Example · high-protein packaged foods, India

You asked

Answer

They like the taste when they try them. What they doubt is the protein claim on the pack. And they price protein against paneer, eggs and soya, which they already eat every day.

Claim doubt
81% of buyer opinions on the protein claim are negative (n=48)
At first bite
54% of taste opinions after trying are positive (n=26)
Confidence
High on claim doubt. Early signal on why they buy.

What we don't know

Whether they buy again. Buyers talk about trying these products, and rarely about rebuying.

Launching an AI-moderated interview with recent buyers.

Results in 4 hrs max

From a RELVO study: what buyers say they did and why, in their own words, March to September 2026. Not purchase data and not a representative survey.

Every team asks the same Brain.

Every agent acts on the same truth.

Your company learns. relvo remembers.

Why I'm building this

AS

For 15 years at NextBigWhat, I’ve watched companies raise big rounds and still lose. The winners were rarely the best funded. They were the ones who knew their customers best.

RELVO is my attempt to make that edge something every company can build. Customer understanding should compound, not disappear into decks and people’s heads.

LinkedIn

The best companies have always understood their customers better than anyone else.

That understanding lived in a few heads, usually starting with the CEO’s. Then the CEO got busy, and the others moved on.

We believe it should be infrastructure.

We're building it.

Tell me what you'd ask it.

Start with the customer question your company keeps asking. I'll write back with how the Brain would approach it, and what it would need to find out first.

I read every one.
